Change Manager (m/w/d)

We are looking for a

Change Manager (m/f/d)

for our ERP-implementation project, based in Munich

 

Your Responsibilities:

  •  Develop and implement a comprehensive change management strategy tailored to the specific needs of the ERP project
  • Analyze the impacts of planned changes on different departments and processes and develop a communication strategy for the adoption of new system and processes
  • Design and conduct information and training programs for all stakeholders and users of the new ERP system
  • Work closely with the project management team to ensure that change management requirements are integrated into the overall project plan
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented change management measures, adjusting strategies as needed
  • Identify change agents, champions, and advanced ERP users within the organization and closely collaborate with them to ensure successful adoption of the new system and processes
  • Identify, analyze, and manage resistance to changes within the organization
  • Develop and implement the best approach for adoption and training considering the organizational culture of our company

 

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field
  • Several years of experience leading change management initiatives, preferably in the context of ERP implementations
  • Solid knowledge of project management methods and techniques
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize complex information clearly and present it
  • Experience working in multidisciplinary teams and communicating effectively across various hierarchical levels
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
