About the Role

AVIAREPS is seeking a highly qualified Airport Agent for Ethiopian Airlines at Vienna International Airport. This position offers a unique opportunity to establish a career in the dynamic aviation industry with an internationally renowned airline.

Job Responsibilities

As our Airport Agent, you will:

  • Coordinate comprehensive passenger check-in, air freight, and ground handling operations
  • Supervise boarding and disembarkation processes
  • Ensure smooth flight operations and on-time performance
  • Deliver exceptional customer service
  • Maintain strict adherence to safety and security protocols
  • Manage documentation and reporting of flight movements and irregularities
  • Liaise between ground handling teams, passengers, and airline operations

 

Professional Requirements

  • University degree
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in ticketing or airport operations
  • Language Skills:
    • English: Fluent (Mandatory)
    • German: Very good conversational skills (Advantageous)
  • Proven ability to work under pressure
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Flexibility for shift work, including weekends and holidays

  • Gross Annual Salary: €54.000 (14x payment structure)

  • 1 hour before check-in counter opens
  • Until 1 hour after flight departure
