Reservation & Ticketing Agent

We are looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused Reservation & Ticketing Agent to join our growing team in Istanbul. If you are eager to continue your career in the travel industry, this is the perfect opportunity for you! In this role, you will be responsible for handling ticketing and reservations, providing excellent service to customers, and helping to grow our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reservation & Ticketing: You will manage reservations and ticketing in the systems (Amadeus, Sabre), ensuring all customer needs are met promptly and efficiently
• Customer Service: Assist customers and travel agencies with their ticketing inquiries via phone and email, offering tailored solutions and great service.
• Market Growth: Beyond reservations, you’ll play a role in identifying new business opportunities and supporting the sales team in market expansion.
• Event Support: Participate in trade fairs, seminars, roadshows, and events, helping to promote the company and strengthen customer relationships

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in customer service or travel and familiarity with reservation systems such as Amadeus and Sabre 
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English (Turkish is essential). Additional language skills are a plus
• A passion for aviation and tourism
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Flexible and open to working outside regular office hours, with the possibility of attending events and fairs.
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on service excellence.
