Sales Executive – Airline (based in Istanbul)

Sales Executive – Airline

 

AVIAREPS is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team for a prestigious new airline partner, recently launching flights to Istanbul (IST). This role presents a unique opportunity to be part of an exciting new venture, as the airline considers appointing us to manage their sales efforts in the region.

Location: Istanbul, Turkey

Start Date: As soon as possible 

 

Role Overview:

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue and increase market share for our airline client. You will be the key point of contact for the airline's sales efforts in the region, working closely with both the local team and the airline's head office to align business goals and implement effective sales tactics.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and execute sales strategies to increase flight bookings and market presence.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with travel agencies, corporate clients, and other business partners.
  • Coordinate and manage sales activities, including promotional campaigns and special offers.
  • Track and report on sales performance, providing regular updates and recommendations for optimization.
  • Attend industry events and meetings to enhance brand visibility and network with key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the client’s team to ensure alignment on pricing, policies, and sales targets.

 

Core Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the aviation or travel industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with clients at all levels.
  • Familiarity with the Turkish market, local travel industry, and key stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English and Turkish; other languages are a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
