Shareholding
AVIAREPS’ share capital reflects a nominal registered capital of 1,071,604 shares. Thereof 1,043,440 are common shares and 28,164 are non-par preference shares without voting right. All shares are registered and entered in the company’s share register. All shares are held by private persons, with the exception of 25.2 percent owned by an investment company. No client or potential client holds shares or an interest in any of our companies. This allows us to maintain a neutral status.
