Background

Air Serbia, the national carrier in Serbia with headquarters in Belgrade, operates national and international flights to more than 60 destinations. The history of Air Serbia goes back to 1927 and nowadays is one of the oldest airlines in the world.

In November of 2022, Air Serbia appointed AVIAREPS in 16 countries. The set target was to expand the awareness of Air Serbia’s online operations and to increase the financial results in various segments like VFR travel, group business, as well as corporate travel.

Solution

  • The regional approach for Air Serbia was highlighted by close communication between the Air Serbia headquarters with the senior management as well as the market managers together with AVIAREPS headquarters, the European coordinator, as well as the individual sales managers per country
