The Plan:

From the 15th to the 18th of April 2024, we invite you to our AVIAREPS Roadshow across four significant regional hubs situated outside of Vienna. The event is tailor-made to offer you a remarkable platform to showcase your products and connect with travel agents in an enchanting setting spanning four enjoyable evenings across beautiful Austria.

• 15th April: Graz
• 16th April: Linz
• 17th April: Innsbruck
• 18th April: Salzburg

The AVIAREPS Team - your neutral partner:

Working with the Austrian travel trade is our daily business! During the past years our constant contact with Austrian trade partners has shown how important good communication and long term trade relations in the market are. AVIAREPS offers its roadshow partners a neutral platform to present themselves to the Austrian travel market.

About the event:

During the evening the partners have the opportunity to present themselves during a 1h market place, as well as with a presentation or short interview. Through activity rounds the participants are asked to actively engage with your brand. A nice dinner and drinks round up the evening.

1. Network: Registered travel agents arrive. Aperitif and finger food are served while you have the time to network with agents and show your latest product news.
2. Present: The agents move to the tables (each table one team). Premium Partner presentations and live interviews follow a short
   welcome speech.
3. Engage: The agents will be asked to participate in various activity
   rounds designated to specific partner brands. The winning team receives a prize.
