Welcome to AVIAREPS Spain's second Connecting The World Roadshow!

Our goal is to help you grow your business by connecting you with over 150 travel professionals across the Iberian Peninsula: Lisbon, Madrid, and Barcelona.

Seize this opportunity to network, establish business relationships, and showcase your products to the Spanish and Portuguese travel trade, including tour operators, travel agents, and travel media representatives. Approximately 40 key buyers and travel trade professionals will be attending in each city. Following each roadshow session, lunch and beverages will be served, and we will conclude the afternoon with raffle prizes.

Roadshow fees:

• Join in 1 city: €1,685
• Join in 2 cities: €2,460
• Join in 3 cities: €3,390

10% early bird discount until April 30th 2024.
Invoice and payment by May 30th at the latest.

The price includes the following:

• Workshop and networking with travel agents, tour operators and media.
  Networking lunch or dinner for one delegate.
• The cost for an extra person from your company is EUR 100 per person and city.
• Max 2 participants per company.
• Visibility in exclusive newsletter to travel/trade and media related to AVIAREPS Spain and Portugal Roadshow 2024.
• Feature of sponsor logo on invitation to travel/trade and media.
• Logo visibility in “Thank You” emails after the event, as well as Social Media platform.
• Visibility on the Roadshow through video or image loop of your organization during the workshop.
• Customized landing page to be distributed to all attendess.
• Welcome speech at the reception of exhibitors and participants. 10 min presentation of the organization before the workshop.

Possibility to distribute giveaways to attending travel trade professionals.
300 euros fee* per city as a representation of the company by an AVIAREPS Spain staff. *If the representation takes places in Barcelona or Lisbon, travel expenses from Madrid must be included in addition to the fee.

Cancellation policy:
From July 1st to July 31st, 2024, 50% of cancellation fee
From August 1st, 2024 onwards, 100% cancellation fee
