Karem joined AVIAREPS in September 2024 as General Manager for Brazil and Paraguay.
Karem has more than 25 years of experience in global business development and marketing and over 15 years of experience specializing in destination marketing for National Tourism Organizations in cross-cultural markets.
She held roles at Tourism New Zealand and EMBRATUR – Brazilian Tourism Board and managed strategic marketing and global trade strategies.
Karem holds a PMD from IESE Business School, a Post-Graduation Degree in Sustainable Development, and a degree in Hotel Management.

Nestor has more than 12 years of experience in the Tourism and Aviation Industry and he joined AVIAREPS in August 2022
Based in Paraguay, he manages the market with great responsibility and commitment Started his career at Tam Airlines; Later, with the merger of TAM and LAN, today LATAM, he took up the position of Commercial Account Executive in Paraguay
He has an excellent relationship with Travel Agents and gathered extensive experience in the industry by being responsible for everything related to the management of indirect sales
Graduate in Tourism and Hospitality from the Columbia University of Paraguay
